Many thanks to all those who were sending their thoughts and prayers for Alexander's surgery. It was cancelled literally as we were about to head out the door. So the surgery has been rescheduled for this upcoming Tuesday at 7:30AM. We couldn't be happier with the time (Alex won't be able to eat for eight hours before the surgery... but he should be sleeping for most of that time, so it'll be as painless as possible!) As for the surgery itself, its expected to last an hour. If you could say a prayer for Alex while he's in surgery, we'd be most appreciative! We'll let everyone know how Alex is doing as soon as we can!
