Happy Thanksgiving!

Wow!  This Thanksgiving my great uncle concocted "creamed corn" that's to-die-for.  To my knowledge, he'd created it on the spot... so over dishes, I talked my great aunt into slipping me the recipe:

Uncle Charlie's Cream Corn

32 oz. frozen corn

1 eight-ounce pkg. cream cheese

1/3 c. whipping cream

3 Tablespoons sugar (or to taste)

Combine all ingredients in crock pot.  Cook on "low" for several hours, stirring occasionally.
