Later, Amy and I made snow ice cream. I was surprised how tasty it was! Here's what we did:
Snow Ice Cream
4 or 5 cups snow
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp flavoring (we used vanilla, but next time I think I will try peppermint)
1 c. milk
Mix the sugar, milk, and flavoring. Add the snow and stir to an ice cream consistency. Serve with hot chocolate!
