With Fall in the air and Thanksgiving just around the corner, we break from our usual postings (pictures of Amy - what else?!) to bring you Uncle Charles' acclaimed corn casserole recipe! It's easy; it's yummy... what more could you ask for? Just try it!
CORN CASSEROLE
3/4 c. melted butter
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can creamed corn
3/4 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9x12 inch pan.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
