An Outing With Amy

To be honest, I didn't know what this was when I saw it at the thrift store yesterday. A lady explained to me that you drop a clove of garlic into the thimble-sized canister, insert the metal stopper, and press down with the lever. Garlic paste comes out the bottom! Who knew they made a nifty little kitchen gadget like that?! It looked kind-of old-fashioned and cost all of fifty cents, to boot... so I bought it. It's been lots of fun to use so far! I'm just realizing it makes a little garlic go a much longer way...
