It's been too long since I've posted a recipe, I think. Here's one I just got from a friend. I haven't tried it yet, but I hope to soon!
T-Bone Brussel Sprouts
(so named because they make a good side-dish for steak)
2 pounds brussel sprouts, sliced in half lengthwise
1/4 c. butter
2 small red onions, sliced
4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
cooked bacon strips, crumbled (optional)
Steam sprouts until tender yet crisp (8-10 minutes).
Saute onions with 3 Tbsp. vinegar, until brown.
Add sprouts, sugar, and 1 Tbsp. vinegar.
Saute.
Remove from heat and top with crumbled bacon, if desired.
