When we woke up to snow -- yes, snow! -- on Saturday, Amy and I decided it was time to make some yummy, warm, homemade bread! Here we are deciding which recipe to use. I think Amy picked a tasty one! Try it yourself if you have a bread machine:
CLASSIC WHITE BREAD
1 cup + 2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
3 cups Bread Flour
3 Tbsp. dry milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Active Dry Yeast
Put ingredients into the machine in the correct order (every machine is different, so check your manual if you're unsure), and press start!
