Congratulations, Eric!

Just a couple weeks ago, Eric put the finishing touches on his PhD paper and handed it in to the powers-that-be.  Then, this afternoon at 1PM, he stood before a committee and made his personal defense of the doctoral work he's been researching for the past handful of years.  And this just in: he has officially passed!
